Produced in partnership with a heritage textile house, this hat is made on manual flat-bed knitting frames̶. A method nearly extinct in modern mass production. Each row is knitted by the steady hand of an artisan, manually gliding the carrier across the bed.
By combining traditional hand-knitting for complex structural details with manual frame knitting, the piece possesses a human warmth and structural integrity that no computer-controlled machine can replicate.

Heritage Wool Blend utilizes a woolen roving yarn designed to mimic the irregular beauty of hand-spun thread. It marries the robust loft of British Down wool with the refined softness of Merino.
