Three button silk-padded blazer jacket by Mark.S in black hand-loomed silk khadi cotton with relaxed fit, drop shoulders, full lining, four welt front pockets and two inside pockets.

Outer fabric hand-spun and hand-woven in India.
The construction features a pure cotton warp and a hand-spun silk-blend weft. Using a manual loom allows for low-twist yarns̶fibers so delicate and soft they would snap on a high-speed industrial machine.
As you wear it, the fabric lives and breathes with you, conforming to your body for a personalized fit. The inherent "loft" or airiness of the hand-spun yarn traps heat, resulting in a material with extraordinary thermal insulation despite its light feel.
The presence of yarn irregularities, textural slubs, and organic knots (nepping) are the signature marks of the human hand and the soul of this hand-loomed material.

Padded with 100% silk mawata (hand-stretched silk).
This insulation combines excellent moisture retention, heat regulation, and breathability with a lightweight feel and a sublime touch. Silk is superior in moisture absorption and release̶performing at 1.5 times the rate of cotton - allowing it to quickly manage perspiration and maintain a dry, fresh sensation. It traps a significant amount of air, blocking out the cold while retaining warmth. This material remains cool in the summer and warm in the winter, and it is a skin-friendly, hypoallergenic material.
