Atelier Solarshop sincerely hopes that you are satisfied with your purchase. Though quite some effort is put in describing and photographing all items as good as possible, colors can vary on different screens.

In case you are not fully satisfied with your product(s) or if something is damaged, you can return the item(s) within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Our Gift Cards or items on sale/discount can unfortunately not be returned. All returns/exchanges must be in new and unused condition with all original tags still attached. Returned vintage and antique items must be in the same condition as received. Atelier Solarshop is not responsible for return shipping costs nor for handling/import charges when items are returned from outside of the EU zone. If returned with other couriers or regular Postal Services, Atelier Solarshop can not be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels/goods when returning items.

Please note that in case of a return or exchange of a purchase, the return costs will be the buyer's responsibility. An additional administrative cost will also be charged and deducted from the refund. Thank you for your understanding.

In case a purchase needs to be returned because of Atelier Solarshop's wrongdoing, we will cover the return cost and there will be no administrative cost charged.

For return shipments of online purchases, Atelier Solarshop will charge the original Paypal/Credit Card fee to recover the initially paid fee.
